How it Works

  • Following up on test results is very important. We aim to contact you by text or phone as soon as your results are available, usually within 2 weeks.
  • If you have not heard from us after this time, please use the form below to follow up with the surgery.
  • If your doctor has advised a return appointment to review results, we recommend phoning ahead to confirm that the results have been received before attending.
  • Please note that results from tests ordered by hospital consultants do not routinely come back to the surgery; the consultant will arrange a review appointment directly with you.
