  • We offer an online payment facility for all patients. Please complete the form below with the patient’s name, your contact details and the payment information.
  • You will receive an email receipt from Stripe, as well as a copy of the details you submitted.
  • All payments are processed securely by Stripe, and no credit card information is stored by the surgery.
