How it works
- Please complete the form below to request a repeat prescription.
- Your prescription will be sent digitally to your nominated pharmacy.
- Please allow up to 72 working hours for processing, as all requests are carefully reviewed. We recommend ordering repeat prescriptions early to avoid delays. In urgent situations, your pharmacy may be able to provide a temporary supply.
- Repeat prescriptions cost €20 for non-GMS card holders.
- If you need to make any changes to your prescription, please contact the surgery directly on 045‑868305.
- You will receive an email receipt if a payment applies.
- Prescriptions are issued digitally only and are not available in paper form.
- Regular attendance with your GP is important for ongoing prescription management.
